Before a transformer is ordered or a lease is signed, the deal has to survive its own numbers. Our advisory work starts at the power meter with energy price and availability. We then move through interconnection timelines, cooling and water strategy, and the regulatory and incentive landscape of the jurisdiction. Every candidate is run through the same model. At this stage, you get a defensible go/no-go, not a sales pitch.

Project & Site Management

A mining build fails in the seams — between the consultant who scoped it, the electrician who wired it, and the crew who racked it. We manage the entire program: contracting with best-in-class electrical and thermal engineering, secure low-latency networking, equipment procurement and logistics, and on-site commissioning. Every decision is run against agreed milestones and a gated budget. Operations Coordination

Commissioning is the start line, not the finish. We stand up the standard operating procedures, preventive-maintenance programs, and performance monitoring inline with the design from Blueprint. And then we build in the single biggest operating lever that determines peak profitability — when to run. Curtailment policy is set with a strike price backtested against settled day-ahead prices and then watched in real time, so uptime is a decision, not a default.
