Why Holocron Forge exists
Holocron Forge started with a tool, not a pitch. After twenty-five years in technology and fifteen running data-center operations, Joel Martin kept watching the same mining project fail the same way: scoped by one company, wired by another, run by a third — with the economics owned by nobody.
So we built the model first. ForgeMetrics began as the engine we used to prove our own deals — break-even BTC price, all-in cost to mine, the coverage a lender actually tests — and the firm grew around the discipline the tool enforces.
A holocron is a vault of accumulated knowledge. That’s the company: every site we touch makes the model sharper, and every client gets the full vault.
