Most infrastructure shops sell hours. We sell an outcome, and we hold ourselves to the number that justified it. Before a lease is signed or a transformer is ordered, the deal is proven in ForgeMetrics — break-even BTC price, all-in cost to mine, the debt-service coverage a lender will actually test.

Power is the product. The energization date is the deliverable.
The binding constraint in 2026 isn’t hashrate — it’s power on a schedule. Transformer and switchgear lead times now run into years, and a slipped energization date strands a fully-financed fleet. We treat time-to-power as the number that decides the deal.
So we manage the long-lead procurement, model the energization date in ForgeMetrics before you commit, and — where the grid can’t move fast enough — bridge with on-site generation, so first revenue isn’t hostage to an interconnection queue.
